| Location The city of Zhuhai in People's Republic of China is a clean, modern city adjacent to Macao and just across the Pearl River Delta from Hong Kong. Zhuhai Climate Sunshine and heat characterize Zhuhai's sub-tropical monsoon climate. 90% of the total yearly rainfall occurs from May to October. January and February are normally the coldest months with an average temperature of 14ºC, and June through August the hottest with an average of 28ºC.

Optional extra: Chinese Language Course
Should you want to learn some Chinese during your time in China, you could attend a Mandarin or Cantonese language program either before or after your TEFL course, in either Hong Kong or Shenzhen. This TEFL course/language program offers you the opportunity to become TEFL qualified with an internationally recognized TEFL certificate and immerse yourself in the local culture, improving your language skills.

Accommodation
TEFL International is able to provide comfortable, well-equipped accommodation for teacher trainees at very competitive rates.
Accommodation in Zhuhai typically consists of a private bedroom located either on school premises or in a nearby three-bedroom apartment shared with fellow trainees. The rooms are all clean, comfortable and sufficiently furnished, with access to a full bathroom and all essential facilities.
As well, all rooms are very well-situated within walking distance to various restaurants, bars and basic services such as grocery stores and banks.
Please be assured that any special requests or requirements regarding accommodation will be taken into account, and TEFL International will make every effort to honor such requests.
