This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:

This course was structured in such a way that I was able to consistently apply new knowledge to subsequent units, thus re-enforcing my learning. I have had very little teaching experience, so this course has presented me with great ideas and put lesson planning into a context which has given me a good perspective on teaching and classroom management. I will be going to korea in a few weeks to teach public school children english, and plan to implement the teaching practices suggested by this course, as I truly believe they will help me to maximize what the students can gain from my classes. What I appreciate about the philosophies of teaching presented here is the promotion of myriad media choices, topics of interest and modes of communication in the classroom. This, I believe, is one of the most important characteristics of a teacher's style.
