This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:

I have learned english as a second language many years ago and therefore the format of this course was somehow familiar although back then I was at the receiving end of the course. It was very helpful to review the basic grammar structure and learn about ways to teach it. What I have mostly learned from this program is how to make a lesson plan, how to put it in action and how to keep the students interested in the lesson while maximising their learning. It was also interesting to see the different approaches to different age groups and different language levels. I personally would like to teach adults in small groups and on a part-time basis. As we are an expat family and will continue to live in different parts of the world due to my husband's job, I find that teaching english will be transferable job.
