I found that my organizational and planning skills needed improvement. I know that I am able to teach english but these lessons showed me ways to make sure that I will be able to plan and cover all of the necessary topics. It also was a good review of grammar which I found difficult in school but these made some of it much clearer and easier to understand. Some of the grammar topics were never clearly taught in school or made as simple to understand. We also realize that there is much more to learn and that teaching is as much about learning as it is about what you already know so that the process of being able to teach or to be a good teacher is ongoing.
