After studying the content of this unit, I found out some characteristics of great teachers (who are to set high expectations of all students, they should have clear, written-out objectives, the value of a teacher is something to be felt and experienced). I felt very interested in the whole content and I have learnt that a good teacher is not only one who is a leader, but also a friend. The more the teacher connects or communicates with his or her students, the more likely they will be able to help students learn at a high level and accomplish quickly.
