Modals and Passive Voice - Active vs. Passive Voice

The difference between the active and passive voice is one of the more advanced topics of English grammar. Therefore, it is important for every English teacher to understand this concept.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

In this unit, I learned the roles and responsibilities of being a good teacher from being a controller, organizer, assessor, prompter, facilitator and a model. Understanding the characteristics of the students and how to encourage them to learn the English language. ↵I also learned to recognize the English language level from "beginner to "advanced" and I had learned the 6 level of European Framework. ↵Overall I learned about the connection between teachers and students and I feel more motivated to proceed this course.↵
