As a teacher it is very difficult to know when you need to step up and correct a student and allow them to keep their confidence at the moment or correct them at once but they will be scared to participate again. In a situation like that you have to be careful on what to do because it can affect the student for the rest of the semester, which is something I appreciate learning in this unit. I learned how to be more humble about a student mistake and how to make sure he learns from it without interrupting his/her interest in learning.
