TEFL review from Paavani

This TEFL review is from Paavani. She is from Ohio, USA, but just moved to South Korea where she will work as an English teacher. In this unit, I observed two examples of a ESL class. Class A showed how student motivation is extremely effected by the teachers own motivation. The attitude that the teacher comes in to class with has a profound impact on the success of that class. In class B, simple gesture the teacher use in the lesson that helps the students feel comfortable and also keen to participate in the class. I learned the importance of building a better rapport with the students. To insure participation from all keep questioning random to not become predictable.
