In this unit, it reviewed the difference between authentic and non authentic materials used in a classroom. The unit then continued to explain how a lesson plan is produced and the purpose of having a lesson plan, for example, if you are sick, a substitute teacher can complete your lesson by referring to the lesson plan. The unit then described the different ways to implement classroom management. It also identified the different resources that can be used when teaching English to young learners, for example course books and the advantages and disadvantages of using course books.
