Greg took the 120-hour online TESOL course with ITTT to improve his teaching abilities. The difference between these two videos and the lessons is blatantly obvious. Immediately in the first videos the students are intimidated and confused as the instructor's voice is harsh, he doesn't smile, the lesson plan is unclear, and he constantly says how 'easy' the lesson is. While in the second video, the instructor is calm and happy, learns the names of students, and has a clear plan of action with the lesson. The students are engaged and happy. All of these factors will contribute to the students overall experience and how effective the lesson is.
