James from England works in Indonesia as an English teacher. James completed the course with the tutor support option. He is now undertaking to complete ITTT's advanced 370 hour TEFL/TESOL Diploma Course.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

This unit gave a broad overview of the roles of a teacher and student, motivations of both, possible advantages/disadvantages and more. It is my opinion that much of this unit was a repetition of previous ITTT teacher/learner units (especially from the 120 hour course). I do appreciate the inclusion of information as to what may motivate adults students, and how to better grade activities to suit learners of different levels in the same course. Further, I found it especially helpful to understand how to overcome some of the 'disadvantages' of one-on-one lessons.
