TESOL TEFL Reviews - Video Testimonial - Jason

In this TESOL review Jason describes his experience during his TEFL/TESOL course in Shanghai, China. He talks about the hands on teaching opportunities that the course provided. The majority of ITTT's trainees who do our four week intensive course come with no prior knowledge or experience of teaching English. Our challenging but rewarding courses give trainees the confidence and skills to be able to take up teaching positions in countries all over the world.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

I completely agree with the idea of reducing the writing time during English lessons. It is very important to practice and study the different aspects of the language, but writing activities take longer to be produced and corrected, so is something the students can do by themselves as homework and get some feedback in the next lesson. Of course, some writing lessons and activities will be needed, but a teacher should never make their students write on a white sheet during the whole class, and focus more on the aspects that really need a teacher to be there.↵
