This unit went over the present tenses very thoroughly with plenty of learning examples as well as teaching examples to accompany the information. As the unit says, native speakers don't normally think about the smaller aspects to the English language but I think these building blocks are very important as they, as the unit shows, are vital to every day speech and to really achieving the "native" sound of speech. I think I've gained a better understanding of how to properly discern between the different present tenses which I believe will aid me in teaching them in the future.
