This unit on teaching a new language to learners is probably the most relevant and helpful unit for me so far. I already know what activities I can plan to do with my students to engage, have them study and activate their thinking next week. The possible Patchwork ESA structure is something new to me.There have been other structures for learning that I have learnt and heard about, but this is brand new. Teaching vocabulary is challenging enough, but given limited resources, it can even more difficult. I am thankful for the ideas in the unit. I hope to find more.
