This unit taught me what a teacher should pay attention to when picking a text or video/audio passage to work with students: topic, language difficulty, task(s).↵The topic selection reminded me of an old English teacher I used to have in high school. She was very interested in cinema and so was I. I was fond of her classes because my interest was at its highest, yet, I remember some of my friends telling me they didn't like her classes because they were not interested in those topics.↵In this matter, I got confirmed thanks to this unit that students should always come first.
