A good teacher should really care and be passionate about teaching but most importantly the learning of his students.He should create a friendly environment,so as to encourage interaction and establish rapport.He should also know students's weaknesses and give help individually where necessary to encourage growth and proficiency.I have learnt that as much as the teacher is in control of the class,managing and monitoring it is also vital that he sometimes gives students a chance to lead.He should step back and allow students to learn by themselves and give help where necessary.
