In this unit I learned that teacher can have many roles in a class session, and he/ she should be able to switch between those roles. The teacher is responsible for the learning process to a great extent. If the teacher turns the classroom into an encouraging and organized place, the learner will enjoy to be there as well. However, a lot depends on the motivation of the student. A student who is motivated is more likely to be a good learner who will have the willingness and desire to learn, ask and experiment with the language as well to accept error corrections.
