This unit covered the four sub-categories of the Present tense that include Simple, Continuous, Perfect and Perfect Continuous. The unit covered how the forms are constructed with subject, auxiliary verb and other additives (ed, ing, have, been, etc.). The unit also provided examples in the Positive, Negative and Question form so that the instructor could demonstrate proper form with examples. The unit also provided lesson and activity suggestions for students to engage in the present tense in a motivating and fun way that would enhance language recall and acquisition.
