In this video unit, I've seen how the classrooms should be taught and more especially how they shouldn't be taught. There is no way you can teach a class in under 40 minutes ,and as I've seen in the first video ,he did it in 20 and must I say it was a poor job that he did. Now in second video he was on point on everything in how to run a smooth class room with success, and a good look on how to use the ESA methods.
