There is no right way to do the lesson planning, each teacher adopts the way he or she thinks is best for him/her, it can be done with some notes in the notebook or a formal lesson plan. Whatever the way you do it, it is still essential for the preparation of the classes and for them to succeed. In order to have satisfactory results in the teaching-learning process, the lesson planning is of fundamental importance. When the teacher plans absolutely nothing, he or she may lose course, leaving the content totally disorganized and resulting in totally lost and discouraged students, thereby diminishing their interest in the content. A lesson plan is a working tool that is needed in every teacher's daily life. In the lesson plan, the teacher can address in a detailed and organized way the activities he or she intends to perform in the classroom and the didactic resources that will be necessary to perform the tasks. It serves as the guide that will direct the teacher in the necessary preparations for the classes, giving a preview of all that will be done within the class at a given time. The teacher should bear in mind that each class is different, one lesson plan should not be expected to serve different classes in the same way. Many factors must be taken into account when setting up a lesson plan. For example, if the number of students is large, the teacher should check whether the material he or she is going to use is sufficient for everyone, or whether the physical space of the classroom is adequate for a certain activity. Lesson planning can bring many benefits to the teacher, all of the lesson content is prepared in advance, the tasks, strategies and resources are all reported in the lesson plan, therefore facilitating the organization of preparations. Increased productivity is also an advantage that can be gained because when planning the lesson, a certain amount of time is given for completing each task, and if they are completed on time, the class progresses more smoothly, with no left or missing time. The ability students have with English will be one of the relevant factors when calculating the time of each task, as it can vary greatly from class to class, therefore the teacher should know very well the level of their students. With the lesson planning done, it is no longer necessary to think about which materials and aids will be used and how certain content will be worked on, all of which has already been thought of and is already contained in the lesson plan. In preparing the lesson it is important to correctly observe the objectives contained in the lesson plan so that everything is prepared in order to achieve the goals, taking advantage of all the time available. It should always be borne in mind that, despite all this planning, the lesson plan should also be flexible, as unforeseen issues may arise during the lesson, which means that the teacher must pause the progress of the lesson to resolve them. This may cause some of the scheduled content to be postponed to an upcoming class. It can be said that without a lesson planning the learning objectives lose meaning. Even simply, by making a lesson plan, the chances of achieving the goal are much more effective. When considering that carefully preparing a lesson plan should be taken seriously, the teacher's work is likely to be easier, student productivity may increase, and the teaching-learning process will take place.
