This unit helps me to understand more of the two basic motives and reason why people listen and read, and that is reading/listening for a purpose and for entertainment. I also learned in this unit the importance of learning and understanding the basic keys to successful receptive skills lesson. This lesson also gives me another idea on how to make a receptive skills patchwork lesson.
