Depending on the age of the students, we must think about how to make the groups and consider how to put groups together so interactions and output are enabled and enhanced. If some student's have never worked in a group, we must make sure to teach them how to do this first to avoid unnecessary awkwardness. It is important that participants are attentive to other student's output and that cultural barriers are lowered down to ensure full communication (verbal and non verbal.) For instance, they must get used to look at the person they are talking to, they must learn and think about the volume of their voice and gesticulation when expressing themselves and that they always give other students enough and suficient space in the appropriate atmosphere. Also special attention should be payed to Work on building the confidence of those students more introverted.
