Unit 9 gives description of lesson planning, shows all aspects that should be covered in the plan and reveals if it is important or not to write lesson plans. Some experienced teachers make only notes but in my opinion it is very important to keep records of material student covered because it is very difficult to remember what you were teching for example 5 weeks ago for definete class if you have few different levels classes. Lesson planning helps not only to keep records it helps to improve your teaching process by getting understanding of exact time needed for definite activities for definite number of students, helps in developping sequences of lessons. That's why we also could fill self-evaluation form to see if the learning objectives have been achieved, if there is enough time to finish all planned activitie s, to highlight all difficulties that could arise in the process of the lesson. Unit 9 also gives some exaples of lesson for animal theme and lesson for Present Pecfect Tence, so we can get undestanding how the lesson should look like.
