English Lesson - Present Perfect Continuous

This unit involves the management of the students and effectiveness of the teacher. I have been teaching young adults for over twenty-five years and most of the material in this lesson was familiar to me. There was nothing presented with which I disagree, but a couple of the points that I strongly agree with were 1) get to know the names of all your students and 2) come to each class on time and prepared. These two important aspects of teaching will build rapport between the teacher and the students and greatly reduce the need for active discipline.
