In this unit, I learned about how to teach a class more effectively. Firstly, a teacher must know his/her subject, and how to deliver the subject in an easy and understandable manner. Secondly, the teacher must take the initiative to know his/her students and their personal abilities. Thirdly, a good teacher will know on how to utilize the Engage, Study, and Activate phases of the class that caters the syllabus & the class as a whole. With all these three combined, then there is a possibility that the class can be run in a smooth and efficient way.
