The unit 10, Video lessons, provided a break from the theoretical materials and gave a chance to observe a real life English language classroom. I got to watch two contrasting lessons that highlight some of the basic differences between effective and inefficient teaching. Video 1 has depicted quite a many mistakes and how the attitude of teacher affects the attitude of students and their learning progress. Video 2 indeed showed an effective way of teaching English language, the lesson was planned, teacher was well prepared and hence students gave a good response and learning seemed good.
