During unit 10 i have learnt many things about body language and how it effects your classroom. For example if you have a smile throughout the class your students will be more comfortable and more willing to participate, also if you learn the students names it will form a better connection with them. i have also learnt that praise is important and not to shut a student down for giving a wrong answer.
