In this unit I learnt that coming into class with the correct attitude is very important. It sets the class up to be either successful or a failure. Also having a clear and simple lesson plan helps the teacher run the class smoother as he knows where he is in the lesson all the time. It is also important to always start class with an engage phase, in the first video the students were completely lost because the teacher skipped this part. I learnt that elicitation of information helps the students grasp the lesson quicker. And activities done in class should cover what ever the lesson was about to help the students.
