For a positive outcome, there are factors to take into consideration and follow that are action, creation and good and strict maintenance of the process then we now have a well-managed class According to GSP classroom management refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to keep students organized, orderly, focused, attentive, on task, and academically productive during a class. The first action to take would be the internal design of the classroom. The teacher should use the positioning of desks, with a strategy making sure that there is no student not seen to you while in the front of the class. The strategy must also create a warm welcoming classroom for the students. The teacher should also make sure to remove all unnecessary and destructive items from the classroom that might take the attention of the students. When now sure that the sitting arrangement is comfortable for the students and controllable for the teacher rules should be established in the classroom and make knows to every student. Develop rules that foster respect and caring in your classroom. Make all your behaviour expectations known, understood clearly to your students at the beginning. Reminding the students the rules will be helpful for the teacher for better Maintainance. In case you might forget to remind the students you can make a chat and put it on the wall so they always remind themselves. This will help you avoid rebuking students whenever they make mistakes and that might tension your relationship with the students. Furthermore, discipline should be established in the classroom. Classroom rules must have concrete consequences because students will test the limitations of a teacher from the first day of school. As a teacher, you should be firm, fair and consistent. Never hit, embarrass or shout at students for it is counterproductive and unproductive and it will tension the classroom. Keep your class in order by punctual and task through scheduling. Do classwork during class time, leaving a lot of room for in-class work. Cramming work and instructions too close to other activities can lead to disruptive behaviour and poor comprehension. Having a regular daily schedule helps both the teacher and students to prepare for the next coming task. The teacher should be firm but fair with due dates for the student. The teacher should make room for late submission it will encourage students to learn a foreign language and next time they will try and submit fast when you tell them to. Never leave the classroom for tasked to not be completed. To avoid unfinished tasks time management is the key. Don't introduce new task if you can see the time won't allow and if it happens unintentionally you will have to exceed the time to cover up but making sure you are not putting too much pressure to the students. The organization/school should be put into consideration. The teacher should stay organised inside and out. Keep your students' lesson plans, administrative paperwork, files and assignments in order. It sets a good example for your students and keeps the teacher from wasting instructional time looking for materials. Share the system with your students and post the classroom calendar, homework schedule and assignment on the board. Encourage self-directed learning by providing students with their notebooks. You may require students to have their notebooks checked at home or during class. The instructional techniques, though there might be no flexibility over the content of your curriculum, teachers can circulate information as they fit. Tolerating your instructional techniques to the subject area, grade level and students is important. Follow up lecture style, sessions with relaxed group activities. Consult your colleagues for ideas for new lessons and also consult them for the students you are releasing to them. Learn about your students' learning style. You as a teacher should be able to know what their learning curve is, how they learn best and if they work well in groups. These observations are crucial when fitting your teaching style to your students' needs. Communication is the most important aspect of classroom management. It is essential to have clear and consistent lines of communication with your students, administration, parents and colleagues. Without communication, you automatically lose the respect peers, the attention of students and the cooperation of parents. A good teacher should be responsive to the concerns of others. Be flexible to accommodate reasonable requests willingly. In conclusion to that, establish good classroom management, the teacher should have a model ideal behaviour. Most students want to please their teachers, especially during the elementary level. The teacher should let the students help establish the rules and regulations, guidelines in the classroom. If the students do that it will be more effective for them to follow the established rules. Avoid punishing the students to earn their trust and they will become more open to you. Partly of the classroom management relies on the students with the things that the teacher ask them to do but the main source and the manager of the class is the teacher and he is the one to maintain that with the little help of the students.
