As a teacher, I like to record some of my classes and see what it went well and what didn´t during the lesson. Seeing another teacher working, what he is doing well and what he is not doing properly, is really helpful. It gives me a perspective and a feedback of how I must do things in my classes and also tells me that, most of the times, the way we teach is more important than anything because attitude of the students depends on ours and how we can involve them in the class.
