These videos provided a stark contrast in handling a class session. The first video showed how not to teach a class by being rude, non-understanding and not engaging the students. The second video showed a more happy teacher committed to helping the students learn. You could tell immediately in the second lesson that the students were more engaged and comfortable due to the 2nd teachers professional and amiable techniques used.
