This unit laid out the basis for teaching both with writing and speaking activities. I guess I have never thought of the vast differences between learning how to speak English verses learning how to write it. I appreciated the way the author of this unit laid out the differences associated with speaking the language vs writing. I appreciated the resources provided concerning games that could be used or modified in a classroom to actually help students interact and learn the language while having fun!
