This unit focused on teaching productive skills. These include speaking and writing. It is important to teach both accuracy, using the language correctly, and fluency, using the language without having to stop and think. Accuracy should be taught during the Study phase, while fluency should be taught in the Activate phase. One method to teach students these skills is to use games in the classroom.
