This Unit covers the subject of 'Teaching Productive Skills', also known as speaking and writing. Concepts such as accuracy and fluency are brought into focus, and ways to cultivate these abilities are elaborated upon. For example, the use of drills or repetition are excellent to improve upon accuracy while discussions, debates, communication games and so on are preferred for the purpose of improving fluency. Further emphasis is also placed on the organization of the lesson, revisiting and expanding upon the concepts of engage, study and activate.
