I can perfectly understand why writing is the most neglected skill in TEFL world. Due to time constraints, writing is not given proper attention in real classroom time. However, I believe writing is very important if one wants to excel in school, at work, and in life. Unit 12 has given me some tips on how to teach students creative writing like putting students in pairs or groups whereas before I would only require students to write essays/stories individually.
