Classroom management is precisely that skill which we, teachers, apply when we teach. Since we most likely teach in a classroom, this skill is called “classroom management ”. It is a kind of teaching behavior for teachers to complete teaching tasks, regulate interpersonal relationships, harmonize teaching environments, and guide students to learn. In addition to the task of "teaching", teachers also have a task of "managing", that is, to coordinate and control the various teaching factors and their relationships in the classroom to form an a harmonious whole[1]. To ensure the smooth running of teaching activities. This activity is known as classroom management. The task of classroom management is complex. Generally speaking, classroom management includes classroom interpersonal relationship management, classroom environment management, classroom discipline management and so on. This article will take English teaching as an example to illustrate how to carry out teaching management. In teaching activities, effective management is the key to effective teaching. Thus, experienced teachers first focus on how to manage teaching more effectively so as to achieve twice the result with half the effort. So, how to become an effective manager? First of all, teachers should attach great importance to the role of effective classroom management. The management of classroom teaching is challenging, and the management ability of teachers largely determines the success or failure of a classroom teaching. The classroom is the main position of teaching[2]. Needless to say, because of the particularity of English subjects, it is more difficult to stimulate students' interest in learning English than other subjects. The teacher's emotion plays an important role in whether students are interested in the subject. The management of classroom teaching is challenging. The management ability of teachers largely determines the success or failure of a class teaching. A well-managed classroom will help to create a good teaching environment so that teachers can effectively organize teaching, communication between teachers and students becomes smooth, and the teaching efficiency is high. Research shows that effective management should include three levels of management: classroom management, teaching time management, and homework management. Effective classroom management mainly refers to the establishment of class learning rules around teaching goals, and through the guidance of teachers, students have the responsibility to observe learning disciplines and actively participate in learning[3]; the most unfavorable condition for students to learn English is the lack of communication in English. We can use wall charts, hallucinations, gestures and expressions to let students understand new words and sentence patterns first. Create as much scenes as possible. Effective teaching time management refers to the scientific control of teaching time according to the characteristics of students' psychological and physiological development, and the improvement of students' classroom concentration time and time utilization. Effective homework management requires teachers to arrange homework according to different levels of students' learning ability, timely feedback students' exposed problems in homework, and obtain the support and cooperation of parents, so that students can complete homework effectively[4]. For a long time, in the process of classroom management, teachers usually adopt punishment to achieve students’obedience and achieve classroom control. Practice has proven that this is extremely inefficient and even counterproductive. The effective management of the classroom should meet the psychological needs of students through encouragement to form a positive atmosphere in the classroom, and mobilize the enthusiasm of the students' concentration. Due to the great difference between English and Chinese, English and Chinese characters are quite different in pronunciation and form, and they can not be completely equivalent in word meaning and speech[5]. The tense and voice of English verbs are not found in Chinese. This brings some difficulties to students' study. For students, motivation is an inexhaustible resource. If it can effectively motivate students, they will experience the excitement of challenges, the excitement of activities, and the joy of success. What kind of method and when teachers use the incentive mechanism in teaching management is the art of teaching management. Different students have different starting points. Teachers should set feasible short-term goals for them and inspire their confidence. Especially for the underachievers, if there is a flash of light, we should give them warm affirmation. Teachers should be able to see their progress, adjust their mentality, eliminate psychological barriers, and promote them to become self abased and self-confident. In a word, motivation is the core of effective classroom management. References 1. Renart, L. Classroom Management Techniques[J]. Elt Journal, 67(3):378-379. 2. Matei, G.
