To encourage interaction in class, I would choose certain games to promote students' interaction. For example, I would run some pair/group games (word games, board games, role-play, and etc.) or something that can stimulate students to speak and give their insights. When the time is appropriate, I will try to use humor to lighten up the atmosphere in the classroom, so students can participate more comfortably. We would sing songs together and perhaps watch some short clips of different scenarios, then we can role-play them too.
