Lesson Plans are an aid for inexperienced teachers in the classroom. Lesson plans have many functions, including functions that act as records of what a class has done, and to work as a teaching aid. Lesson Plans should be simple, precise, and structured with flexibility. This organized teaching aid should also include learner objectives, personal aims, phase, interaction, names, etc. Continual revision and addition of variety should be planned when writing multiple sequences of lessons, for a balance of skills learned in the classroom.
