This unit cover lesson plans. As an experienced teacher, I really appreciate the details about not planning a "rigid, inflexible" lesson. I wish someone had shared this information with me years ago. I value the self-reflection follow-up to a lesson plan. I've never consistently self-evaluated after teaching a lesson; I now have a goal to self-evaluate. The format for lesson plans is really helpful. It's interesting to see how ESA fits in with a lesson from beginning-to-end. I also appreciate the "trouble-shooting" part of a lesson; I will anticipate areas in which students typically struggle and forecast those in my lesson plans.
