I thought this unit was super helpful in introducing lesson plans, what they are, how they should be created, and really the importance of how a teacher should prepare their classes. I think its important to remember the flexibility aspect because it is true that each class may run a little differently and there always needs to be room for making changes. I really liked the example sheets for class planning ideas.
