I think lesson planing is a good idea for inexperienced teacher but it shouldn't be rigid and and fixed. We need to make it flexible. I have to say lesson plan is good direction for me to teach according to the procedure I designed before the class. I learned a lot from this Unit about how to make a better lesson plan. We need to take care of learning objectives, personal aims,language points, teaching aids, procedure, phase, timing and so on to make a good lesson plan. It would be great when we combine the ESA phase to the lesson plan and we can make our lesson plan clear and organized in this way. A efficient lesson plan can help teachers proceed the lesson smoothly. The class should be monitored and observed so that we can improve its quality.
