The unit covered how to plan a lesson. It gives an example of what a lesson plan should look like, what points it should cover and how precise it should be, so as to have a set goal by the end of the lesson, but still allow for leniency, should it be needed if the students take more or less time needed on an activity. It also gives examples on what to reflect on after the lesson, such as measuring the effectiveness on different parts of the lesson and some self reflection.
