This unit focused on the healthy elements and boundaries associated with lesson planning. It briefly addressed weaknesses of over-planning and a too-rigid actualization of the plan. It gave a good example of a lesson plan that incorporated the elements of desired student outcomes, teacher goals, process planning, and time tracking among other elements. It was helpful to see how various activities fit into the process phases of a straight ESA.
