While learning this unit, I got new interesting information. For example, a good teacher must act in many roles such as monitor, manager, prompter, facilitator, tutor and model, and change many of them during the lesson. Also, I understood what qualities I should improve for being a better teacher. In the other parts, I got knowledge that will help me to determine the students? English level and understand their ability in studying according to their age. I feel that it?s strongly important to care about learners, because their motivation in learning might increase or disappear because of teacher?s attitude.
