Listening and reading are two ways for learners to do input. Input only is not the goal of learning language. Output known as speaking and writing is of equal importance. What’s more, to better master a language, the output should be more than input. Therefore, drilling of speaking and writing is a must. Speaking is always involved since human has to interact with others. So speaking is vital in human’s daily life. When communicate with others, the accuracy and fluency can reflect how well learners master the language. So learners should improve the accuracy and fluency. Accordingly, teacher should give great attention to the two aspects. But sometimes both two aspects cannot be achieved in one activity, teacher should know when the accuracy is important and when the other is so as to make learners better practice. For example, in the study part, accuracy should give more attention while in activate part, fluency should be taken into consideration. This rule also can be applied in writing. The chance to engage to speaking is much more than to writing. But speaking carries equal importance. So learners should create more chance to write.
