I think the speaker in the video teach English-speaking students. How can non-English-speaking student be able to answer "what are you doing?in the first place? They would not even know what the sentence means!Actually I never write teaching plans because I teach online. And it's really unnecessary for me. But I sometimes write down some key words or specific question I will ask during the class.
