In this unit I learned about the functions of planning an effective lesson. I was shown techniques on how to write down a lesson plan and how to use it to be better organized. Next, I was given a comprehensive list of what to include in my lesson plan as well as being shown a detailed example for reference. Finally, I was given some pointers on how to monitor and evaluate my lessons. In this unit I learned about the importance of being diligent, yet flexible while planning my lessons.
