This has been the best section so far at reading the basic psychology of managing a classroom. I learned that the various methods of grouping students together can be useful in the different phases of ESA. Before reading this section, I would have never thought to incorporate different seating sections to match the atmosphere of the class. For example, circles and horseshoes would be a great tool for ice breakers were one would have to go around the class. This section also goes through how to remain professional while also earning the respect of the students in order to keep behavior civil and conducive to learning.
