The video lessons presents two classroom learning conditions to students. The first video presents the teacher to be so unprofessional in class performance and as result the students appeared to be timid and uncomfortable thus making the learning atmosphere so unconducive. The second lesson presented a standard and professional classroom situation with the teacher in question applying the principles of ESA in his lessons. This yielded a very positive result and the students were motivated to learn and fully participated in the lesson right to the end. The lesson is a big plus of knowledge in my teaching career.
