After this unit I realised that lesson plan will make everything very easier for the teacher.In a planned lesson everything can be very organised and all the problems(seating, prepared materials, chatting for warm up activities...)can be organised very properly. The teacher can use ESA for both grammer and vocabulary activities.Personal aims and learner objectives are very important so the teacher should pay attention them.If the teacher has a plan he or she can arrange timing very effectively.Sometimes according to the activity the teacher can make some flexible changes in his or her plan.
